Matt brings more than 30 years of public accounting and commercial experience, including senior positions with Amazon, Petco, and Charlotte Russe.
As a finance manager at Amazon, he oversaw the pricing model, accounting, and customer service for the Marketplace, Merchants, and Payments platforms. Amazon Marketplace has since grown to more than $150 billion in annual revenue.
Matt has held senior finance and accounting positions at public and privately held companies ranging from startups to businesses with billions in annual revenue. He has participated in more than 10 corporate transactions and specializes in the integration phase of mergers and acquisitions.
He also led a team of 75 consultants who served in interim and fractional CFO and controller roles and delivered special projects, internal audit services, and outsourced accounting operations.
